MinnesotaJobs.com
is designed from the ground up to ensure your company has excellent
quality resumes available to you when you need them. Our sophisticated
search functions are second to none on the Internet.
How
do we attract quality resume posters to MinnesotaJobs.com?
1. Our advertising programs are in Minnesota only.
2. All Internet advertising is designed to draw people pre-qualified
to work in Minnesota to our Web site.
3. We do not require job seekers to post a resume in order to view
jobs. This ensures that only motivated job seekers post resumes
on our site. Job seekers just checking things out can bypass posting
their resume.
4. Resumes are stored for only 3 - 4 months in our main resume database.
After 3-4 months, the resumes are moved to our auxiliary database.
Thus, your default searches will yield only fresh resumes of motivated
job seekers just coming into the market.
5. From time to time you will need to find candidates with rarified
skills. These candidates have a hard time finding an ideal job and
you have a hard time locating these candidates. Our auxiliary database
is a great way to find these unique candidates.
6. We have almost 20,000 resumes altogether with many new resumes
added daily.
7. Very few resume posters are looking for assistance in moving
from another geographical area. Non-Minnesota resume posters generally
have made plans to move to Minnesota prior to using our site.
8. We attract employed and unemployed job seekers. We target a lot
of our advertising at currently employed job seekers so the ratio
of employed job seekers to unemployed job seekers is very high.
