If you have a resume or job posted on our system and you have requested that it is a "blind box" listing (without contact information) we will not provide your name, e-mail address or any other information about you to anyone even if the posting has been removed and someone requests the information. Period !

2. If you have signed up for any of our services (periodic e-mailings, etc.) the information you provide us is not given to anyone else. If you request to be removed from any of our lists, your contact information is deleted.

3. We use cookies on our site. The cookies are used so you can avoid logging in. They are not used for any other purpose.

4. We never extract information from your computer.

5. We do not "capture" e-mail messages you send to our posters. Messages sent to posters using our forms are sent directly to the recipient using our sendmail program. The message is not "buffered" prior to sending.

6. We feel communications between job seekers and employers/recruiters is confidential information. We go to great lengths to ensure that confidentiality.

7. We collect statistics on how our site is used in order to better improve our service. Our statistics collection methods do not provide us with specific identity information.

8. As with any public site, we are governed by local, state and federal laws.
