In general, the types of jobs we typically reject include:

1. Obvious and less obvious employment opportunities in the sex industry.

2. Employment opportunities outside the 5 state region (there may be exceptions, please contact us).

3. Employment opportunities requiring an upfront investment including but not limited to Multi-Level Marketing programs.

4. You do not provide us with a complete mailing address including billing contact information.

5. Listings of multiple unrelated jobs in one job slot (i.e. listing an engineering job and administrative assistant job in the administrative assistant category).

Resume Database Abuse

MinnesotaJobs.com is unusual as an Internet Recruiting Web site in that we provide access to our resume database free of charge when employers/recruiters post a job. In order to prevent obvious resume harvesting (grabbing large numbers of resumes not related to current job postings with the intent to save them for future use or distribute them to a third party) we restrict the number of resumes viewed. For a single job posting we restrict the number of resume views to 95 resumes. For multiple job postings, the number of views = 95 X the number of jobs posted. For clients that have entered into an advertising agreement with us (usually a multiple month commitment) there is no restriction to resume access.
